Gallico was created by Helen Watts & Christelle Thorel, 2 language professionals with a wealth of experience in English and French teaching and course creation in France and across Europe.  Helen is a native English speaker, who studied French and fell in love with the French Alps.  After working in the language industry in London, in France and Geneva, Helen founded Alpine French School in Morzine with Christelle Thorel in 2014.  Christelle is a native French speaker, who became a French teacher in Brighton where she lived for many years before returning to France to set up Alpine French School.

Helen & Christelle are joined by a dedicated and enthusiastic team of assistants and teachers who help to deliver high quality language training, always personalised to the student’s level and objectives.

The Alpine French School website will give you more history about what we can offer in terms of language training.  Gallico was created to offer a wider range of products across France and throughout the world to cope with an increasingly varied demand for language training.  If people are keen to learn and improve their language skills, then we are passionate about being able to deliver this to them, wherever they are!
