Gallico General Terms & Conditions

Course Organisation

We provide course materials, either a structured method or personalized resources in a binder.

To ensure the training level suits your needs, we conduct assessments before your course begins. If you feel the level is not appropriate, please discuss it with your instructor.

Students are expected to follow the school’s rules. If you have concerns about your schedule or any aspect of your training, please inform us. Courtesy and respect are required at all times—behavioral issues may result in course termination.

If a group course does not meet the minimum number of participants, we will offer an individual or paired lesson instead.

Payment

Payment must be completed before the course starts, except when funded through professional training programs (CPF or OPCO).

We accept bank transfers, euro checks, and credit card payments.

For bank transfers, any associated fees are the client’s responsibility. We do not accept AMEX or Diners Club.

Cancellation Policy

• Individual lessons canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If at least 48 hours’ notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule based on instructor availability.
• With a valid medical certificate, lessons can be rescheduled.
• Group courses are booked for the full duration, and missed sessions are non-refundable.
• If Gallico must cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered.

Professional Training Funding

We assist with the administrative process for professional training funding if required.

Gallico is not responsible if funding is denied. Approval is determined by your funding organization, and you must ensure that all necessary documents are submitted and that your contributions are up to date.

We are not liable for any delays in approval or payment from funding organizations.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please speak to a Gallico staff member during your training. Complaints submitted after the course has ended cannot be considered.

Image Rights

Gallico reserves the right to use student images and videos in its promotional and communication materials.

Privacy Policy

To process your booking, we collect personal information, which is securely stored in compliance with GDPR regulations. We do not store financial data or share personal details with third parties.

Remote payments are processed via phone or bank transfer. Credit card details are not stored or transmitted through our system.

650€: 10 hours of individual lessons online, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

1250€: 20 hours of individual lessons online, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

Haute-Savoie:

800€: 10 hours of individual lessons in person, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

1300€: 20 hours of individual lessons in person, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

1900€: 30 hours of individual lessons in person, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

Nouvelle-Aquitaine:

800€: 10 hours of individual lessons in person, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

1300€: 20 hours of individual lessons in person, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

1900€: 30 hours of individual lessons in person, 6 months access to our e-learning platform + CLOE certificate.

If you have never used a government training budget before, you may be curious to know how the system works….

1. Information: We gather information from you to determine your eligible budget and the specific funding criteria. This ensures that we can provide you with the most accurate and personalized assistance.
2. Evaluation: We evaluate your entry level and discuss your objectives. NB. For all of our courses, if you wish to take a group course of a certain level, you will need to have achieved the level below. For example to take a A2 course, you will need to have achieved level A1 or you will find the course too challenging.
3. Proposal: We collaborate with you to design a training program that aligns with your proficiency level, objectives, and learning preferences. Together, we determine the course duration and schedule to accommodate your professional and personal commitments, and select an instructor who best suits your needs.
4. Application: Training budget applications take up to 4 weeks to be processed and approved. Sometimes this is less (for example if you are using your CPF), but you need to apply before you would like to start your course to allow for this application time.
5. Start of Training: To ensure a smooth start to your course, you will receive confirmation of your course timetable and what you should do on your first day of your training. If your course is at our center, we will welcome you and introduce you to your language trainer. If it’s at a coworking space, we will provide all necessary details about the location and your trainer. For online courses, you will receive an email with information on how to connect for your first lesson.
6. Cancelling or re-arranging lessons: If you need to cancel or re-arrange a session, this is possible if you are taking private lessons. Please contact us 48 hours in advance to arrange this.
7. Feedback questionnaire: 5 hours into your course, you will receive a short feedback questionnaire. This is to ensure the training course corresponds to your expectations, levels and objectives.
8. The end of your course: At the end of your course, you will take a formal or informal evaluation (depending on the type of course you have booked with us). You will also receive a feedback questionnaire to tell us what you thought of your course and to help us improve our service!

At Gallico, every training course includes 6 months of access to our e-learning platform. Gallico LCE is a declared Professional Training Centre in France with the necessary accreditations to work with professional training budgets.

These quality checks are there to certify that:

The CLOE Language Test

Gallico LCE is proud to be a certified CLOE Test Centre.

The CLOE Language Test is available in English, French, and many other languages. Conducted online at the end of your training with us, the test does not have a pass or fail outcome. Instead, it provides you with a certification of your language proficiency level based on the CEFR scale (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, or C2).

Training courses that include this certification are eligible for CPF funding, allowing you to use your CPF to finance your course.

Additionally, Gallico LCE can assist you in preparing for various other language certifications and help you locate a test center in your area.
